December: IT4DEV works with UNDP Tirana and the Government of Albania on the formulation of the Master Plan for the e-Schools Programme, launched on December 19 by the Prime Minister.

October: IT4DEV to assist UNDP/RBAS in the selection of the Host Country for REGI, the Regional eGovernment Institute.
October: IT4DEV assists UNDP Albania on the development of a national Aid Management Information System
September: IIT4DEV concludes the Center for Learning and Knowledge Project for the Asian Development Bank.
June: IT4DEV assists the government of Sudan/UNDP with an assessment of aid coordination systems and strategy.
May: IT4DEV to conduct an ICT project sustainability workshop in Cairo.
April: IT4DEV to present at the Regional Workshop on Aid Co-ordination in Manila on 19 April.
March: IT4DEV conducts a mission to Bosnia to assess the Aid Management System.

December: IT4DEV presents at the Aid Management and Alignment Workshop in Marrakech.
November: IT4DEV to assist UNDP Egypt on a strategy for IT in development, following the projects carried out by the  IT Trust Fund and the Egyptian Government since 2001.
October-November: IT4DEV builds a website on Aid Management Tools on behalf of UNDP-BDP.
October: IT4DEV selected to carry out an ICT assessment for Azerbaijan on behalf of the Asian Development Bank .
September: IT4DEV delivers a paper on aid managements systems at the  "Responding To The Harmonisation and Alignment Agenda" conference in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
August: IT4DEV completes a review of the State Courts Administration use of ICT in Ukraine on a E.C. funded public administration reform project.
July: IT4DEV is assisting UNDP in the draft of  the ICT strategy paper for Ukraine
May-June: IT4DEV is reviewing the Knowledge Management System (CLICK) at the Asian Development Bank
April-May: IT4DEV is contracted by UNDP's  Bureau of Development Policies (BDP)  to conduct a review of Aid Management Information Systems
 March: IT4DEV completes  missions in Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands for ADB's  Pro-Poor Subregional E-Government Project for Providing Basic Service Delivery to Remote Communities in the Pacific.
February: IT4DEV reviews the Innovation Springboard Project in Ukraine. This includes a review of the tele-center model and recommendations on a ICT strategies and policies
January: IT4DEV works with the Asian Development Bank at the formulation of an e-government project for the Pacific. This project includes a largely distributed VSAT network to bring connectivity to remote locations in the region. The project is introduced to stakeholders at the PITA/PTC  yearly conference in Honolulu
 
2003
December: After drafting a proposal for the European Commission for a women's rights information project ,  IT4DEV assisted UNDP-ICTDAR in running the first workshop for its implementation in the Arab States.
November -December IT4DEV assisted UNDP and ESCWA in the organization of an E-Government Workshop in Yemen, with a large regional participation of government and private sector attendees and speakers. IT4DEV presented a roadmap for the assessment of ICT in the country and the formulation of an ICT master plan.
October: IT4DEV and UNDP Cairo review the state of the Egyptian Custom's use of ICT.
September: IT4DEV worked with the Asian Development Bank in preparing the booklet "Information and Communication Technology for Development in the Pacific"
May-August: IT4DEV assisted the Asian Development Bank in the formulation of a business plan for the Centre for Learning, Information, Communication and Knowledge (CLICK)
July: IT4DEV presented to UNDP Yemen a national strategy for ICT and development
May: The E-readiness Assessment which IT4DEV prepared for UNDP in Kiev drafting in 2002 is presented to the Government of Ukraine together with a Policy Direction paper.
March-April: IT4DEV worked with the Arab League in the preparation of the West Asia Action Plan for the World Summit on the Information Society
(The Action Plan was approved by the Council of Ministers on 18 June 2003)
February: IT4DEV worked in Syria through the United Nations Development Programme to assist the State Planning Commission in establishing e-government services for Aid Management.
January: IT4DEV finalized the ICT policies draft for the Government of Afghanistan, Ministry of Telecom.
